About The Position

Supportive Community Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide assistance in skill building and independent living for individuals with Autism, developmental differences, and general behavioral and mental health concerns. DSPs work in client homes, community settings, and outpatient offices. The role offers opportunities for extensive training, professional development, and a career in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. The company was established in August 2016 and focuses on advancing services in the community, aiming for ever-improving outcomes for those they serve.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.
  • Day and evening availability (weekends may be required).

  • Experience in the ABA field is a plus but not required.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement feedback accurately and efficiently from clinical and administrative staff.
  • Work in various settings including client homes, community spaces, and outpatient offices.
  • Collaborate closely with a variety of technicians, clinical and administrative support professionals, and families.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning and teaching others, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Comply with all safety and procedure protocols to ensure the well-being of individuals under your care.
