About The Position

Join us for a Direct Support Professional Hiring Event at the Bancroft Employee Center! We are NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professionals, ABA Direct Support Associates, and Paraprofessionals. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Valid non-provisional Driver’s License in good standing
Must be 18 years of age or older
Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
For One to One Education Program Associates, Paraprofessionals: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of direct support experience, preferably in an educational or classroom-based setting; or 30 college credits with six months of related work experience; or A bachelor's degree in a related field.
For ABA Direct Support Associates: Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with a minimum of 60 credits toward a degree in Special Education Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a related field preferred, for more acute programs required
Current college students or recent graduates desired
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
