Requirements

Be at least 18+ years old
Possess a valid driver’s license
Graduated from high school or equivalent
Be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 pounds
Be CPR certified or agree to become CPR certified and maintain and use your skills throughout your employment.
Take a physical, pass a background check, TB test, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Creating a positive environment for your participants to socialize, learn occupational skills, and care for their physical needs.
Keeping notes of your participants’ progress.
Accompanying your participants in the community where you will guide them as they practice social and community living skills.
Driving our participants to community outings and maintaining the vehicles you drive.
Instructing and championing self-advocacy and self-sufficiency by reinforcing healthy eating habits, good choices and proper grooming and hygiene.
