Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $13.00 - $16.00/hr Location: Fairfield, IA Employment Type: Part-Time (16-28 hours) Find Purposeful Work Are you looking for a career that offers more than just a paycheck? Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
• A compassionate heart and the physical ability to assist with client transfers (if needed).
• Reliability and a commitment to helping others grow.
• Satisfactory results on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings.
• Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed).
• Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met.
• Transport clients to appointments and local events.
