Requirements

High School diploma
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
Able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Nice To Haves

DSP 1 and DSP 2 certifications

Responsibilities

Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
