About The Position

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Join an established team with over 10 years of service and 100 team members, dedicated to helping caregivers and seniors thrive in worth and wellbeing. As a home care aide, you will support seniors through medical, emotional, and cognitive challenges, enabling them to thrive in the comfort of their homes. Applicants should reside in Anaheim, La Habra, Norwalk, or the San Gabriel Valley and possess reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Requirements

Professional caregiving experience: At least 1 year (those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered)
Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA)-- (If not, we'll show you how!)
Eligibility to work in the US
Required to have availability to regularly work on Weekends to be eligible for hiring bonus

Responsibilities

Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
Assist seniors with all ADL's, especially helping with bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
Delivering all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers
