Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with female individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist female clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
- Support skill-building and encourage participation in social and community activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide emotional support and foster positive relationships.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide holistic care.
