About The Position

Bancroft is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for its Adult Residential North program in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, and help them realize their best lives. The work involves providing quality, empathetic care and empowering residents to develop daily-living skills, build independence, and participate in community life. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The hourly rate is $19.06–$19.44.

Bancroft is a service provider for children and adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as people in need of neurological rehabilitation. The organization describes its team as a care team of 2,700 employees across more than 200 facilities and homes in New Jersey and Delaware.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Have a strong desire to work with autistic and/or intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
