About The Position

Self-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #MA-AB) Are you looking for a position where you can build meaningful relationships with others to make a difference? At EFR/ARISE, you can do just that by becoming a DSP! In this specific position, ARISE/EFR. is seeking a caring person to provide 1:1 support for a young lady with developmental disabilities This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in her life by providing assistance so she can be as independent as possible. She requires assistance with her personal care as well as support to complete her independent living skills. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys helping people, has great communication skills and is willing to provide personal care. Please respond with a resume or summary of experience.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities
