The Life Skills Coach (LSC) responsibilities include facilitating and supporting the acquisition and maintenance of skill development in adult learners using behavior analytic principles and strategies. The LSC assists the Director of Adult Life Skills in identifying, planning, developing, and implementing individualized instructional programming, including motivational systems and behavior support procedures. The LSC participates in Individual Support Plan (ISP) and inter-agency meetings as appropriate. In addition, LSC responsibilities include daily data collection, data analysis, and daily progress note writing. This position is part-time (i.e., approximately 21 hours per week with the potential to move to full-time (i.e., 30 or more hours per week).
