The Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) is responsible for assisting the Care Team Manager with oversight of the day-to-day, hands-on operation of the home. The Lead DSP models behavior for other employees to ensure the individuals we serve are receiving the highest quality of care. All activities related to this position must be delivered in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, accreditation standards, state and federal licensing requirements, HCBS guidelines, and the contractual requirements of Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies.
