Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation & current auto insurance
- Positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using technology or willing to learn (EHR)
Nice To Haves
- Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support members with daily activities, personal care, and recreation
- Encourage independence, social skills, and participation in activities
- Assist with community outings and leisure experiences
- Ensure member health, safety, and well-being at all times
- Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
- Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team
