About The Position

Fraser is currently hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work full- or part-time supporting our clients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact in the lives of adults and families with diverse needs. Fraser values its DSPs and takes pride in supporting the growth and development of its entry-level team members into skilled professionals. Fraser is Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services — and one of the few Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in the state. As a nonprofit organization, it provides integrated community behavioral healthcare that improves quality, accessibility, and coordination of care. Requirements

  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
  • Ability to pass DHS background study.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Responsibilities

  • Medication administration
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
  • Money management
  • Treatment documentation
  • Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
  • Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
  • Planning and transportation to/from activities
  • Community integration
