About The Position

Fraser is currently hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work full- or part-time supporting our clients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact in the lives of adults and families with diverse needs. Fraser is Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services — and one of the few Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in the state. As a nonprofit organization, it provides integrated community behavioral healthcare that improves quality, accessibility, and coordination of care. Requirements

Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
Ability to pass DHS background study.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Medication administration
Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
Money management
Treatment documentation
Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
Planning and transportation to/from activities
Community integration
