About The Position

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward their personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities. DSPs who work in the Day Program support individuals in engaging with their communities through employment, volunteer opportunities, social interaction, daily living skills, and recreational activities. DSPs who work in the Follow Me program work with individuals in a group home setting. The schedule for this position will work on weekly rotations and shifts begin at 6AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver’s License as necessary for the position.
