About The Position
Liberty Resources is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community. This role is part of the Community Habilitation team and is located in Onondaga and Madison Counties. Liberty Resources is a trusted and forward-thinking human service agency in Central New York with over 1,500 employees, dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive environments where people can thrive.

Responsibilities
- Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth.
- Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals.
- Provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
- Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
