About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This role involves engaging clients in hobbies and activities, assisting with daily living tasks, encouraging community engagement, providing personal care, and assisting with transportation. The position offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for part-time to full-time hours (up to 40 hours/week), and convenient shifts close to home. Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation to support client needs
