About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate individuals to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mount Union, Cassville, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence. This position offers flexible schedules, part-time roles with growth up to 40 hours/week, and the opportunity to work close to home with convenient shifts. BAYADA emphasizes a people-first culture built on respect, compassion, and support.
Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation to support client needs
Responsibilities
- Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments
- Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines
- Encourage community engagement and social connection
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with transportation for appointments and outings
