Join Mozaic as a Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help people we support build meaningful, independent lives within their communities. This role is part-time hours and you'll work one-on-one to support people in developing everyday skills and gaining confidence. Whether it's teaching meal preparation through hands-on cooking experiences, supporting someone at a medical appointment, assisting with budgeting, or helping organize their living space, you'll play a key part in helping each person reach their goals. Community Habilitation goes beyond daily routines; you'll also help create opportunities for fun, connection, and exploration. From trips to the zoo, festivals, and amusement parks to movies, theater performances, and local music events, you'll help people we support stay active, engaged, and connected to their community.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities
