Community Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP)
About The Position
Liberty Resources is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community. As a DSP on our Community Habilitation team, you will support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth. You will assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals. You will provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
