About The Position

Join our team supporting adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. No prior experience in behavioral health? No problem—we provide paid training and ongoing support. This is a great fit if you’ve worked as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, Youth worker or are looking to start a career in mental health.

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Support teens in daily routines and life skills
• Build positive, supportive relationships
• Help de-escalate stressful situations (training provided)
• Lead activities like fitness, music, or art
• Work as part of a team to support client progress.
