About The Position
Join Focus as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on support while helping individuals build independence, participate in their communities, and enjoy fulfilling everyday experiences.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal care, toileting, bathing, lifting and transferring, errands, and other individualized needs.

- Help create safe, fun, and engaging experiences at home and in the community.
