Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Document medication administration in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
- Monitor individuals for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns to nursing staff.
- Maintain secure storage and handling of medications.
- Assist with refills, inventory, and communication with pharmacies as needed.
- Provide direct support to the individuals we serve, helping them build independence, engage in daily living activities, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
