About The Position
Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is seeking a Direct Support Manager in Shelby County. This role involves working in a comfortable home setting and assisting individuals with various activities such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. The position also includes helping individuals celebrate holidays and birthdays, teaching self-reliance, and making a daily difference in their lives. CRSI has been a leader in providing services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1976 and is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026.
