About The Position

This role involves supporting adults with diverse abilities and needs to thrive in their communities. Direct Support Associates will assist individuals in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence, including vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Support ranges from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed. The position is suitable for those with experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or individuals looking to start a rewarding career in Human Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Automobile insurance
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
