About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes. This position supports adult men in a home in Penacook, NH.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

• Experience providing direct support or direct care

Responsibilities

• Promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration
• Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
• Follow each individuals care plan
• Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet
• Other duties as needed or assigned
