About The Position

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Service Professional to work with adults with developmental disabilities in their Adult Day Program. This role involves providing care and supervision, including behavior management, supporting habilitation goals, and assisting with daily living skills. The position offers a team environment, various indoor activities, and morning/day shifts. It is described as a great entry-level position for those entering the caregiving field, with all required DDD training provided free of charge.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be 21+ years old
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card (assistance provided)
Valid AZ driver's license
Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Current Certifications (CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW)
Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, HCBS, or DTT's
Experience as a Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

Care and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities

Transporting clients to and from the Day Treatment Agency (DTA)
