About The Position

Premier Roofing Company is seeking driven, ambitious professionals for the Field Sales & Inspection Specialist role. This position involves managing high-intent leads, performing property inspections for insurance carriers, managing the sales pipeline, being ready for nationwide deployment for CAT events or market shifts, and generating leads when necessary. Requirements

• 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
• 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
• A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
• The ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with both organization-provided and self-generated leads
• Understanding of the insurance claims and restoration process

Responsibilities

• Manage organization-generated leads (R3-Direct Repair) with urgency and precision to drive conversion and growth.
• Perform thorough roof and property inspections on behalf of insurance carriers and provide clear, professional repair recommendations.
• Own your pipeline from contract to close, ensuring consistent sales flow and high project volume.
• Travel as needed for CAT events or market shifts.
• When lead volume is low, create opportunities through self-generation and prospecting.
