MSC Cruises, the world's third-largest and fastest-growing cruise brand, is expanding its Marketing team in the U.S. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, the Direct Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our B2C email and SMS marketing programs. This role is responsible for managing campaigns deployment and reporting, ensuring all communications are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in the office, in Miami.
