In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes. This role offers an uncapped commission structure plus an hourly base, with a set hourly rate of $20. Most team members average $25-$30 an hour, and top performers average $35-$40 per hour, with the potential to exceed $100,000 a year. The company provides a 90-day training program, and upon mastering the fundamentals, employees are eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with increased earning potential and schedule flexibility.

Requirements
