About The Position
Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is looking for driven, energetic, and outgoing Direct Marketing Associates who love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes. The company offers a 90-day training program, with eligibility to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role upon mastering the fundamentals.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout your territory
- Strong organizational skills
- A drive to set goals — and crush them
- A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
- Confident, clear communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
