About The Position

Join the Fastest-Growing Team in Boise! Renewal by Andersen of Boise is looking for driven, energetic, and outgoing Direct Marketing Associates who love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes. This role offers an hourly base of $20 with uncapped commissions, with most team members averaging $25-$30 per hour and top performers averaging $35-$40 per hour, potentially exceeding $100,000 annually. A 90-day training program is provided, with opportunities for advancement to a Direct Marketing Specialist role.

Requirements
