About The Position

Stack and audit closing packages returned from settlement agents, and/or borrower/sellers. Create pending lists and communicate to all parties of the transaction for any outstanding items related to the audit. Assist loan originators/broker reps with collecting missing documents/conditions. Finalize loan disbursements and set up stage accounts. This role requires an organized, attention to detail individual that can produce a high volume of loan audits while working directly with MLO's, Escrow Agents, Titling and Tax Departments.
