Requirements
- Organized, attention to detail individual that can produce a high volume of loan audits while working directly with MLO's, Escrow Agents, Titling and Tax Departments.
Nice To Haves
- Four year degree preferred.
- Escrow experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Stack and audit closing packages returned from settlement agents, and/or borrower/sellers.
- Create pending lists and communicate to all parties of the transaction for any outstanding items related to the audit.
- Assist loan originators/broker reps with collecting missing documents/conditions.
- Finalize loan disbursements and set up stage accounts.
