Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps for care documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compassion and patience when working with adults with special mental health needs
