Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps for care documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in assisting with activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Compassion and patience when working with adults with special mental health needs

Nice To Haves

  • Basic First Aid/CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it
