Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps for care documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in assisting with activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Compassion and patience when working with adults with special mental health needs

Nice To Haves

Basic First Aid/CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it
