About The Position

Dependable Nurses, Inc. (DNI) is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team across Maricopa County. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client)
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Reliable transportation to various client locations (non-driving agency)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
• Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
