Direct Care Worker
About The Position
365 Health Services is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide physical care and emotional support to clients who may be unable to care for themselves because of illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The role requires treating clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, while remaining empathetic and encouraging. The Direct Care Worker assists with household and personal needs, including light housekeeping, errands, transportation, appointments, medications, meal preparation, food purchases, and general living needs. Personal care may include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming. The role may also provide financial assistance, such as balancing checkbooks, visiting the bank, or helping clients pay bills. Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for sometimes long periods.

Responsibilities
- Provide light housekeeping and run errands or provide transportation when needed.
