Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients with mobility and exercise as needed
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Follow care plans and instructions carefully
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
