About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Technicians, for PRN 1st and 3rd shifts, to join our team at our Facility Based Clinic in Jacksonville, NC. This isn’t just a job — you will be influencing change and shaping futures as a leader in our shared mission of helping people reach their full potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Nice To Haves
- Peer support certification a plus, but is not required
Responsibilities
- Providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment
- Attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients
- Providing informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.
