Spring / North Houston - Direct Care Supervisor
About The Position
Integrated Community Services (ICS) supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to live safely and successfully in small group homes with assistance from a Live-In caregiver. We are seeking a compassionate, supportive, and cheerful team member to supervise our caregivers (approximately 15 people) in the north Houston - Spring / Tomball Area. This role involves making a difference by training new caregivers, supporting staff as their voice, demonstrating best practices, scheduling and organizing, monitoring for improvements for the people we serve, and leading by example with a positive approach.
