About The Position

At CHD, we believe that every youth deserves a safe, supportive space to grow, heal, and thrive. Our Congregate Care Network (CCN) program provides 24/7 structured, therapeutic residential support for youth with complex behavioral health profiles. As a Direct Care staff member, you aren't just filling a shift—you are a mentor, a stabilizer, and an instrumental part of a child’s journey toward building self-regulation skills and recognizing their own strengths.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Ability to pass driving and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
• Deliver behavioral health treatment aligned with each youth's individualized treatment plan.
• Guide youth using a strength-based approach to help them navigate daily challenges.
• Receive consistent, supportive supervision from your Program Manager to help you excel in your role.
