About The Position

NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. We design diverse and innovative programs that provide a high level of structure within communities of care when a person or family is in need. Our goal is for people to grow, have hope, thrive in their community and feel like they belong. NFI North Intermission Program is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our program in Lewiston, Maine. This program is a residential treatment program providing transitional services to seven homeless young adults within the Lewiston Area. This program has been developed to increase our ability to provide transitional housing as well as other essential services necessary for young adults who are participants of mental health services. This transitional housing option is designed to provide residential housing as well as the support necessary to insure successful independent living for these young adults. The supportive services found within the program will include Daily Living Support Services, Skills Development Services and Community Integration Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in human services, psychology, and related field
