Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle with current insurance
Clean driving record
Ability to work throughout Santa Clara County
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state requirements
Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and data entry

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
Previous caregiving, direct support, or behavioral health experience

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities.
Teach and encourage independent living skills, including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
Support clients in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
Assist with community outings, appointments, and daily activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
