About The Position

Join Wee Care Corp as an Independent Contractor Direct Care Monitor. This contract role offers a competitive rate per review, with four required monitoring reviews per assigned member/provider annually. Requirements

Experience as a caregiver / direct care provider
Ability to independently manage scheduling and time.
Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools.
Three (3) professional references.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
Successful completion of required background checks.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Direct Care Worker that has completed DCW Training
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year: 2 in-person visits in the member's home and 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform.
Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a 1099 contractor.
Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools.
Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency.
Travel within your assigned regional area.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values.
