About The Position

Serves as the health system's representative to facilitate and insure coordinated operations between entities, service lines, and programs co-located at Regional Health Centers (i.e. currently Drexel Town Square Health Center and Moorland Reserve Health Center). Establishes and staffs site-based Operations Committees as a forum to facilitate coordinated communication, site-based policies and procedure coordination and deployment, issue identification and problem-solving. Prepares meeting agendas and minutes. Serves as a liaison between corporate shared services and Regional Health Centers to facilitate the development, implementation, and adherence to standard system practices and policies at these locations.

Requirements

• Five years experience with operations in multiple healthcare or healthcare related settings (may include residency, fellowship or other structured educational roles) is required.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills will be important for success in this role.
• Bachelors degree is required.

• Masters degree is preferred.
