About The Position

SWD Inc. is seeking a full-time, entry-level Dip Spin Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm). This role requires availability to work Monday through Saturday. The starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with performance evaluations and potential raises at 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter. SWD Inc. is a Drug-Free workplace, and all job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a Background Check, Drug Screen, and Pre-Employment Physical.

Requirements

• Entry Level Machine Operator position (training provided!)
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Must be available to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• GED or High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist foreman with delegated duties
• Load jobs into the barrels as required
• Assist in loading and unloading of metal parts
• Review of shop orders
• Drive a lift truck
• Knowledge of proper safety policies and procedures
• Assist maintenance department technician in troubleshooting line problems
