The Dip Operator is responsible for performing all aspects of running the robotic shell building system and the hand dipping system. This includes accessing the computer system to verify equipment operation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, which can be substituted by experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, has a strong attendance record, is comfortable with a team approach to problem-solving, possesses a sense of urgency, and is a motivated self-starter capable of working independently. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere is crucial. The position involves handling hazardous waste, generating system reports, identifying and preparing molds, washing wax clusters, performing ceramic slurry testing, mixing slurries, cleaning equipment, and meeting efficiency standards. Accurate record-keeping of work performed and maintaining a clean, safe work area are essential. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
