As a Dip Mold Operator, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, perform quality inspections, and ensure products meet our high standards. Requirements

Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required).
Can read and follow written instructions.
Have basic math and measurement skills.
Pay attention to detail and take pride in producing quality products.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
Are willing to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate dip molding equipment and related production machinery.
Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
Load and unload finished products.
Monitor equipment and the production process to ensure products meet specifications.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality.
Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming material.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain production, quality, and efficiency standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance to address production concerns.
Participate in training and learn new processes and equipment.
Support continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
