Dining Services Director at Steele Creek. Spring Arbor of Steele Creek is looking for a passionate Dining Services Director to lead the culinary team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We're seeking a hands-on leader who has experience leading a kitchen or dining services team, a genuine passion for caring for seniors through exceptional food and hospitality, enjoys preparing fresh, homemade meals that residents look forward to each day, and excels at menu planning, food safety, inventory management, scheduling, and team leadership. The primary responsibility of the Dining Services Director is to prepare healthy, appetizing meals, and manage the operation of the Dining Services (DS) department, to include staffing, food ordering, preparation, menu planning, food delivery, and sanitation. The main objective is to ensure that dining is the highlight of the residents' day.
