The Director also manages inventory, staff schedules, and budgets, while ensuring a continuous quality improvement program is in place. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving issues within the dining services department. The position requires maintaining certifications and participating in continuing education.
